Considered the "king of all green teas," our Zen Sencha is a fukamushi (deep-steamed) sencha from the Shizuoka region of Japan. The deep-steaming process creates a finer, more powdery leaf structure, resulting in a bold and rich flavor profile compared to lighter-steamed versions. Because more of the leaf is consumed, this tea is also higher in antioxidants.
